Integrated Emotional Education.

  • Years 1 and 2 are 95% English + 5% French
  • Years Years 3, 4 and 5 are trilingual 80% English and French from 3 years old

Our teaching practice draws on the principles behind Howard Gardner’s theory of Multiple Intelligences. This means we assume that everyone is intelligent, because we are all able to solve different types of everyday problems: spatial, language, social, etc. Intelligence is more than the ability to recite verb tables, because, as Howard Gardner explains, it is also the ability to interpret a sound or a facial expression, or to speak in public, etc.

Taking Off aims to boost logical and mathematical development using the ABN calculation method. Our students learn maths in a game where children master the subject from their experiences.

Teaching in three languages also helps in language development, because children at this age have a remarkable capacity to learn things in different languages. One outstanding feature of our school is that we teach English from that age of 1 and French from 5.

IT is very important. We know how important it is to use computers correctly, adapted to the goals of different ages.

We see education in values as a vital component of what we think a school should be.  We believe that these principles should be instilled from infancy.
